JLMECH Power 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Notice: Holiday Service Guarantee Arrangements​

As the 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival (two major festivals) approach, Wuhan Jlmech Co., Ltd. (JLMECH) hereby informs its international partners of the combined holiday schedule and continuous service guarantee measures. In accordance with the 2025 holiday arrangement notice issued by the General Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the two festivals will be combined into an 8-day holiday (including make-up days). The company's office areas will suspend daily operations during this period, but a comprehensive guarantee mechanism has been established to ensure the continuity of global business and customer support services.​

Two-Festival Holiday Period: October 1 - October 8, 2025​

Resumption of Normal Operations: October 9, 2025​

During the holiday, the company's production bases will conduct annual in-depth equipment maintenance, and employees will return to their hometowns to spend the two festivals with their families — celebrating both the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the reunion moment of the Mid-Autumn Festival (on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month). We are well aware of the core value of power generation equipment to the critical operations of our customers, and have specifically formulated the following service guarantee plans:​

Key Pre-Holiday Preparation Work​

All orders confirmed before September 25 will be produced, inspected for quality, and arranged for shipment before the holiday to ensure smooth logistics connection.​

Holiday Emergency Service Arrangements​

A three-level response mechanism has been established: response to major equipment failures within 1 hour, and provision of remote technical support for emergency shutdown accidents within 4 hours.​

Compared with previous years, this holiday is extended by 1 day, becoming the longest combined two-festival holiday in recent years. A nationwide peak of family visits and travel is expected during this period.​
