Engine Configuration
- Four-Cylinder Inline Layout: 4 cylinders are arranged in a straight line. The crankshaft completes a full working cycle (intake → compression → power → exhaust) every 720° rotation, resulting in more stable power output.
- Common Displacement: 2.0L–5.0L (e.g., Cummins 4BTA3.9 has a displacement of 3.9L, and Perkins 404D-22 has a displacement of 2.2L).
Power Transmission
- Crankshaft Linkage: Directly connected to the generator rotor via a flywheel or driven by a belt, it converts the reciprocating motion of the piston into rotor rotation, cutting magnetic induction lines to generate electricity (based on the principle of electromagnetic induction).
- Speed Regulation System: Mechanical/electronic governors maintain stable rotational speed (1500/1800 RPM) to ensure the output frequency is 50/60Hz±1%.

The Weichai series generator sets have a frequency of 50HZ, a rotational speed of 1500rpm, a voltage of 400V, and a power factor of 0.8 (lagging). They adopt a three-phase four-wire system. The Weichai diesel generator set has passed the "Three Highs" test and can operate stably in an environment ranging from -40°C to 50°C. The turbocharged intake system ensures that the power will not decay in high-altitude areas. It is equipped with a low-temperature starting device as standard and can start normally at -30°C.
